OUR BELIEFS

  • The Bible is the inerrant word of God and was written by men through the inspiration of the Holy Spirit. (2 Timothy 3:16). The Canon (Bible) is closed an no further writings are to be added. The Bible consists of 66 books contained in the Old and New Testaments.

  • There is one true living God that exists in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. (1 John 5:6-9; Ephesians 4:4-6).

  • God created heaven, earth, and everything that occupies them. (Genesis 1:1-25).

  • God created man in his own image to have fellowship with him and do His will on earth. (Genesis 1:26-31).

  • Sin entered the world through Adam. His sin caused separation from God and the result of physical death for all. (Genesis 3:6-7).

  • God sent his Son, Jesus, to fulfill the Law and die upon a cross to provide the sacrifice for mankind’s sin. Salvation comes only through faith in Christ. (John 3:16-18).

  • Jesus conquered death and rose on the third day. (1 Corinthians 15:3-4). He now sits at the right hand of God. (Hebrews 12:1-2); (Romans 8:34).

  • All will live in eternity, but the acceptance or rejection of Christ’s sacrificial death determine whether one resides in heaven or hell. (John 14:1-6).

  • Christ will return again to judge all. (2 Timothy 4:1; Romans 14:10-12). No one knows when that day will come, except God the Father. (Matthew 24:36).
